Project Transforming Hope is the gold standard in competency-based youth leadership development for young men in conditions of poverty across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Our competency-based youth leadership fellowship closes the opportunity gap by building skills to influence outcomes across four domains: economic mobility, holistic wellness, career readiness, and postsecondary opportunity.
Our initiative engages students in grades 7 through 12 in a rigorous, fully immersive eight-month fellowship. Each month, fellows explore a new topic mapped to its own matrix of skills, delivered through hands-on workshops led by industry experts and building toward a group-designed capstone project that reflects their growth across the fellowship.
